Habran Moreno joined Andy Lewis Heating & Air Conditioning in 2014 as helper on one of the replacement crews. Not having very much HVAC experience when he started, he worked closely with his crews lead replacement mechanic. This training gave him valuable hands on training and experience while allowing him to grow his knowledge of the industry and reaching his goal of moving into the service department.

Now as a service technician on the Andy Lewis service team, Habran works in our new construction homes, starting up the equipment and checking over the system to ensure that everything is working correctly. “Habran takes pride in the work he does and really cares about the new homeowners” said Tyler McRae, Service and Replacement Manager, “He also is one of the hardest working guys on my team. In fact when the technicians need help or another set of hands on a job, they always request Habran.”

Outside of work Habran is really involved in his church. He really enjoys being a part of the church ministry and teaches bible school. He also likes spending quality time with his wife and kids in their new home.

  • “I have to give a huge shout out to the folks at Andy Lewis Heat and Air Conditioner Company and but especially to Tyler, the Customer Service Supervisor. Earlier this year I had to replace two Air Conditioner and two Heater units. I took in several bids from very reputable companies, including Andy Lewis. In the end I decided to go with Andy Lewis because of the professional and personal approach to my needs. That proved to be an excellent decision on my part.

    From the very beginning Andy Lewis seemed to be focused more on the needs of the customer than their profit margin, and that is rare. The sale, removal of the old equipment, and installation of the new systems went flawlessly. I couldn’t be more pleased with my systems. I concluded my "official" business of buying, installing, and paying for my systems over 6 months ago. Yet I receive the attention of a “potential” customer, not one who has already purchased my equipment. My two systems are state of the art and have performed perfectly since the install. But questions come up with any new system so when I call Andy Lewis I speak with Tyler and he patiently answers all of my questions politely and professionally. Tyler then “reminds” me to feel comfortable to call back at any time. He has repeatedly told me a satisfied customer is Andy Lewis’s top priority. And his actions prove that to be true.
