Trey Mayhew

Trey Mayhew has been a service technician at Andy Lewis Heating and Air Conditioning for over 12 years and has been in the HVAC industry since 1986. He enjoys being outside, working with his hands and being a part of the Andy Lewis team. Trey’s immense experience and positivity are very valuable to our team, and his willingness to sharing his knowledge with the other members of the team is priceless.

Trey excels as a service technician for many reasons, one of them being his interaction with our customers. He really takes the time to listen to their concerns and the comfort needs of their family, as well as taking the time to make sure the job is completed correctly.

On the weekends he enjoys bass fishing, skate boarding and spending time with his family, who are very important to him. Trey is also an extremely talented artist; in fact, in 2016 one of his art pieces won first place at the Paul C. Rhyne Art Exhibition.

Trey: "I like to go skateboarding!"

Trey: "Cherry Grove Beach"

Q: Favorite sport, to play or watch?

Trey: "I like to watch and go skateboarding"

Q: If you could visit one landmark, which would it be? 

Trey: "Statue of Liberty, because it is the largest copper sculpture"

Q: Where would you like to go on a dream vacation? 

Trey: "Hawaii"

Q: What do you like most about being a service technician?

Trey: "I like helping people and solving problems"

Q: What is your all-time favorite movie?

Trey: "Outlaw Josey Wales"

Q: What is your favorite movie snack? 

Trey: "Popcorn"

Q: What is your favorite way to pass time? 

Trey: "Bass fishing, building art work and skateboarding"

Trey: "Spring, the grass turns green, leaves come back and the bass in the lake start to bite!"

  • “I have to give a huge shout out to the folks at Andy Lewis Heat and Air Conditioner Company and but especially to Tyler, the Customer Service Supervisor. Earlier this year I had to replace two Air Conditioner and two Heater units. I took in several bids from very reputable companies, including Andy Lewis. In the end I decided to go with Andy Lewis because of the professional and personal approach to my needs. That proved to be an excellent decision on my part.

    From the very beginning Andy Lewis seemed to be focused more on the needs of the customer than their profit margin, and that is rare. The sale, removal of the old equipment, and installation of the new systems went flawlessly. I couldn’t be more pleased with my systems. I concluded my "official" business of buying, installing, and paying for my systems over 6 months ago. Yet I receive the attention of a “potential” customer, not one who has already purchased my equipment. My two systems are state of the art and have performed perfectly since the install. But questions come up with any new system so when I call Andy Lewis I speak with Tyler and he patiently answers all of my questions politely and professionally. Tyler then “reminds” me to feel comfortable to call back at any time. He has repeatedly told me a satisfied customer is Andy Lewis’s top priority. And his actions prove that to be true.
