Owner

Mike McAndrew has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. He also brings a mechanical engineering knowledge from GE, production management and restructuring experience from Lockheed Martin, and a strong financial background as a controller with Lennox Industries. With his strong commitment to hard work and team building, he has been able to build an amazing partnership with his staff to make the customer’s comfort and satisfaction a priority. It has been Mike’s priority to be able to establish a company that customers can trust and be treated like family.

Sales/Engineering Dept./General Manager

Mark Love has been with Andy Lewis Heating and Air Conditioning for 18 years and has extensive experience in both Commercial and Residential HVAC. For the past 14 years Mark’s focus has been on estimating, performing load calculations and duct design. He currently oversees the Andy Lewis Heating and Air Conditioning Design Department and works directly with builders on the HVAC needs and requirements for their new house plans. Mark takes his time to make sure every HVAC plan that Andy Lewis Heating and Air Conditioning installs is the absolute best for each home.

Some of Mark Love’s credentials include: HVAC College Degree, North Carolina State License – Class H3, OSHA training and Nate Certification.

Service/Residential Change Out Manager

Tyler McRae has over 11 years in the HVAC industry and has experience in installation, service/repair and sales. He has been a part of the Andy Lewis team since 2009. Customer service is an integral part of Andy Lewis’s success and as Service Manager, Tyler wants to continue to improve customer service and ensure that quality and service exceeds customer expectations. Tyler and his team will work with each customer to educate them on their options and provide recommendations that are in the best interest for their home and family, while providing the highest quality service with honesty and integrity.

Service Field Supervisor

Chance Williams has been in the commercial and residential HVAC industry for 22 years and has extensive knowledge and training with all makes and models of different manufacturers of HVAC equipment. He stays up to date with the latest technology and advancements in the HVAC field, including, but not limited to, communicating systems, home management systems and Z-wave technologies. He emphasizes his time training and sharing his knowledge with the Andy Lewis Heating and Air Conditioning Technician Team so they can provide the best customer service to our clients.  Chance Williams seeks to provide our customers with optimal function of any system so that the homeowner and their family receives the best return on their investment with the comfort designed specifically for them.

Production Managers

Jr Bell brings over 20 years of HVAC experience to the Andy Lewis Heating and Air Conditioning team. As Lead Production Manager he manages 22 crews and supervises more than 46 subdivisions. JR is OSHA certified and, in addition to his production manager duties, he administers our company safety training. He uses his knowledge to insure that Andy Lewis employees install the highest quality work using approved safety procedures.

Mike Miller first gained experience as an HVAC install crew member and worked his way up through the ranks in both the installation and service departments. Mike joined the Andy Lewis Heating and Air Conditioning team in 2013 as a Production Manager. Working alongside JR Bell, he currently manages 18 crews and oversees more than 10 subdivisions. Mike is committed to obtaining the best quality work out of his crews on every job.

 

Comfort Consultant

Tom Hendry has 15 years experience, Tom Hendry has shown his passion for the industry in two different countries and three states. He has been involved in all aspects of HVAC from installation, service, sales, and training and uses his knowledge and expertise with each client to educate and design the best comfort system for their needs. Tom strongly believes that every client should be respected and given options and he always has our customers best interest in mind.
