The A/C tune is a 20-point tune up special including one pound of refrigerant and cleaning.

• Inspect and backwash the outdoor coil
• Inspect motor for oil discharge loss
• Oil motors (if applicable)
• Inspect outdoor fan blade
• Check refrigerant levels
• Install one pound of refrigerant for (FREE) if needed
• Evaluate and tighten electrical connections
• Evaluate all voltages
• Evaluate amperage draws
• Check thermostat for proper calibration
• Test all operating components with A/C system
• Check safety controls
• Check or replace (customer supplied) air filters
• Check or tighten belts (if applicable)
• Inspect duct work for air leaks, biological growth, or damage
• Clean and flush primary drainage system
• Inspect secondary drainage system and emergency drain pan
• Inspect indoor blower assembly, and wheel for cleanliness
• Inspect refrigerant piping for damage, leaks, or insulation issues
• Inspect fuses/breakers for proper sizing
