         At Andy Lewis Heating and Air, we believe our job involves giving our builders the best product for the lowest cost. We understand that in new construction cycle time is critical. That is why we work closely with our builders to assure we are on the job, complete it in a professional manner and leave the house clean and organized. We have tough quality controls and field supervisors with extensive on the job experience. We realize that the heating and air system needs to be a worry free part of the new homeowners purchase.

Equipment:

•80-90% and variable speed Gas Furnaces, standard and variable speed Air Handlers, Heat pumps, A/C units.

•Sell and service Carrier, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, Trane, and all other brands.

•Optional equipment: Humidifiers, Media filters, electronic air cleaners, UV lights, hepa filters, energy recovery ventilation systems, digital programmable thermostats, zone damper systems, room by room returns.

•We are constantly researching for new technologies to provide a cleaner and more comfortable home environment.

Design

Each plan is calculated and the equipment sized for ACCA Manual J. (Loads are ran room by room, each considering the direction the sun hits that room.) All equipment is sized on the sensible load of the home. The duct layout and size will be designed per Manual D. (Based on the information provided.) All work will be completed in a professional manner with proper consideration given to all other trades. All work will be completed per scheduled dates of completion. We will comply with all local and state codes.
